Como Residences wins Best New Residential Interior Design Concept at the CID Awards 2026

Como Residences, by Carlisle–BMA Studio, has won Best New Residential Interior Design Concept at the Commercial Interior Design Awards 2026: MENA.

Set on Palm Jumeirah, the project brings flowing spaces, natural textures and sculptural detail together for contemporary waterfront living. For BMA Studio, the recognition highlights the technical expertise and attention to detail behind bringing that vision to life.

Working alongside our sister company, Carlisle Design Studio, as technical interior design consultant, our team has been closely involved in developing details, coordinating multiple disciplines, resolving technical challenges and refining materials so the original design intent is maintained throughout the project.

Much of this work remains unseen. Behind every considered detail are drawings, technical decisions and close coordination between disciplines. Our role goes beyond making a design buildable. It is about protecting the original vision while developing the technical solutions that bring that vision to life.
