The design brief outlines the requirements for a large family residence, emphasizing the need for distinct sections within the house, each designed to cater to specific functions and occupants.

The house features nine in-suite master bedrooms, each with a separate living area, all of which overlook the beach, providing breathtaking views. To enhance the beachside atmosphere and cater to the family’s leisure activities, various entertainment zones are incorporated into the basement and roof areas, offering ample space for relaxation and recreation.

The project was honored as a Highly Recommended Architecture Single Residence in Dubai by the Arabian Property Awards 2016-2017.
