The brief is to design a modern, cozy house that serves as a getaway from urban life. the interior layout emphasizes open living spaces that flow seamlessly together, promoting a sense of connectivity and comfort.

A corridor acts as a central artery, linking the various living areas and leading to a cozy family sitting area. This design encourages movement and interaction while also offering intimate spaces for relaxation and gathering.

The facade facing the street is intentionally minimal and closed, serving as a protective barrier that enhances privacy for the family. This design choice creates a sense of seclusion and sanctuary within the home, shielding it from the noise and distractions of the surrounding urban environment.
