The Arts District is located in the dynamic Sports Boulevard of Riyadh and represents a thoughtful blend of contemporary design with deep respect for the architectural heritage of the region, creating a distinctive urban living experience that seamlessly integrates with the architectural master plan while maintaining a strong connection to the cultural essence of Riyadh. Norr Architects created this dynamic mix use residential development, characterized by its terraced scheme that gently erodes towards the central pedestrian spine.

The Interior design values we created are deeply rooted in the principles of dynamism and heritage, shaped by the traditional forms and techniques of the region, reinterpreted to create a modern, cohesive design language that is welcoming and homely yet stylish and timeless.
